High-Quality Undercarriage Scanning

The system utilizes a high-resolution, high-frame-rate machine vision camera featuring advanced 12-bit HDR processing and an automatic gain system. This ensures uniform illumination across different lighting conditions. Image quality also remains unaffected by changes in a vehicle's speed or when a vehicle comes to a complete stop.

Integrated License Plate Recognition (LPR)

Integration with our industry-leading SecurOS® Auto software provides highly accurate license plate recognition, enabling efficient tracking and cataloging of all vehicles passing through the checkpoint.

Advanced Data Handling

Operators use a customizable graphical user interface (GUI) to simultaneously compare historical and current images, manually mark suspicious zones, and manage access control. The system automatically saves undercarriage images alongside the recognized license plates and facial data for future audits and analysis.

Driver and Passenger Identification

Leveraging the SecurOS® Motus VO21 driver camera alongside our native SecurOS® FaceX module, the system accurately captures and processes facial recognition data for drivers and passengers directly through the vehicle windshield.

Supports integration with a specialized liquid-air UVSS Cleaning System. This module features a dedicated user interface and an air-knife function to automatically clear debris and maintain optical clarity on the camera dome, minimizing manual maintenance requirements.
